Even with highly capable and theologically adept missionaries, the typical level of language adeptness today is commonly not where it must be to insure gospel clarity, genuine relationships and verification of Christian truths that have been ‘embraced.’ Whether in Turkey, Sudan, Jordan, Spain or China, language limitations are normative.
